Patent Attorney Position

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of solid patent prosecution experience
• Strong technical background in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science
• Equivalent technical areas
• Proven track record of business development (preferred but not required)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Exceptionally strong technical and writing skills

Requirements

• At least one state bar license
• USPTO patent bar registration
• Good standing in both

Patent Agent/Engineer Position

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years working in patent prosecution
• In-depth technical knowledge in at least one of the following:
• Telecommunications (4G, LTE, 5G)
• Network infrastructures (TCP/IP protocols, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.)
• Blockchain architectures
• Artificial intelligence
• Integrated circuits/processors
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Exceptionally strong technical and writing skills

Requirement

• USPTO patent bar registration
