In view of its expansion, we are recruiting an energetic and highly skilled Trainee European Patent Attorney to join the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing a worldwide patent portfolio
• Drafting and reviewing patent applications and prosecution thereof
• Assessing and advising on issues such as freedom to operate, alleged infringement and IP disputes
• IP Due diligence and strategic advice on IP matters
• Handling oppositions, appeals and litigations

Candidate Requirements

• MA or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Computer Sciences
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize and take initiative
• Ability to handle confidential cases in a discrete manner
• Willing to complete the training to become Qualified as European Patent Attorney
