Job Description

We are seeking an experienced patent professional to assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.

Position Details

• Role: Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, Technical Advisor, or Patent Engineer
• Work Arrangement: Remote, hybrid, or in-office options available
• Office Locations:
• Dallas, Texas
• Houston, Texas
• Alexandria, Virginia

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering or computer science

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in patent application preparation and prosecution
• Preferred focus on telecommunication and electrical arts

Skills

• Excellent English reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Professional attitude and superior work ethic
• Strong teamwork and individual work capabilities
