Attorney Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee patent litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal, involving multiple patents and venues such as district courts, ITC, and PTAB.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions of various witnesses, including experts, and argue before judicial bodies in patent disputes.
• Strategize and develop case theories and trial strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience at a national or boutique law firm, focusing primarily on patent litigation matters.
• Graduation from a top-tier law school with a proven legal industry reputation.
• Admission to the Patent Bar.
• Experience with contingency fee arrangements and alternative fee structures preferred.
• Ability or willingness to develop and cultivate client relationships.

Education and Certifications
