Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews with inventors to assess patentability and gather necessary technical and legal information
• Drafting patent applications and responses to office actions, including rejections under 35 U.S.C. 101
• Prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and providing strategic advice on portfolio management
• Conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses

Requirements
