Patent Attorney Position

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of solid patent prosecution experience
• Strong technical background/expertise in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science
• Equivalent technical areas
• At least one state bar license
• USPTO patent bar registration
• Good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of business development

Patent Agent/Engineer Position

Technical Knowledge Requirements

Minimum 4+ years working in patent prosecution with in-depth knowledge in at least one of:

• Telecommunications (4G, LTE, 5G)
• Network infrastructures (e.g., TCP/IP protocols, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.)
• Blockchain architectures
• Artificial intelligence
• Integrated circuits/processors

Other Requirements

• USPTO patent bar registration
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• Highly motivated
• Exceptionally strong technical and writing skills
