Remote Patent Preparation Position

Harrity & Harrity, LLP employs superstar patent professional to draft patent applications for leading global technology companies. We are currently looking for patent preparation professionals, specifically in electrical/mechanical technology areas, to join our team. This position is 100% remote, flexible schedule, and full-time (1700+ hours).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

• Currently doing patent preparation/prosecution work
• 5+ years of recent patent preparation experience, specifically in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, 5G, and/or Medical Device technologies
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
• USPTO registered
• Former Examiner experience is a plus
