5G Standards Patent Attorney/Agent Position

Key Requirements

• USPTO registration
• Minimum 4 years full-time experience in:
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications for 4G, 5G, and 6G
• Technical submissions to 3GPP Communication Standards Organization
• Experience preparing claim charts mapping to 3GPP Communication Standards
• BigLaw experience is a plus

Compensation

• Based on productivity
• Pay range: $100,000 – $400,000 USD per year

• Main office in Los Angeles
• Remote work arrangements available
