Patent Attorney/Agent Position for 5G Standards Practice

Job Requirements

• USPTO registration
• Minimum 4 years full-time experience in:
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications for 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to 3GPP
• Preparing claim charts mapping to 3GPP Communication Standards
• Big Law experience is a plus

Compensation

Compensation will be based on productivity.

Salary Range

$100,000 – $400,000 USD per year (Remote – United States)
