Job Overview

Trustpoint.One is currently seeking a Mid-Level Patent Associate or Agent. Candidates must have 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in biophysics, biomedical engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, data science or artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) (advanced degree preferred).

Key Requirements

• Current California Law License if an attorney
• Currently admitted to practice before USPTO
• Top Tier schools and top grades required
• 3+ years of Patent Prosecution experience, drafting and prosecuting patent applications
• Degree in biophysics, biomedical engineering, computational biology, bioinformatics, data science or AI/ML (advanced degree preferred)
• Experience managing clients as a first point of contact
• On-site in either San Francisco or Los Angeles
• High degree of responsiveness
• Advanced written communication skills
