• Patent preparation and prosecution
• Patent licensing
• Performing patentability and clearance opinions
• Portfolio management
• Conducting due diligence

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in:
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Related field
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
