Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Patent Attorney with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, or an Advanced Chemical or Biotech Degree. This is a full-time hybrid role at Mueting Raasch Group.

Key Responsibilities

The Patent Attorney will be responsible for tasks related to:

• Patent applications
• Patent preparation
• Patent law
• Patentability assessments
• Due diligence

Some remote work is acceptable in this role.

Required Qualifications

Skills and Knowledge

• Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, and Due Diligence skills
• Knowledge of Patent Law and Patentability assessments
• Experience in intellectual property and patent-related matters
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Education and Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to a state bar
• Previous experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department or tech transfer office
