Key Requirements

• Qualified Polish Patent Attorney (mandatory)
• 2-5 years of relevant technical experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in startups or consultancy services (preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

Patent Management

• Drafting and reviewing patent applications
• Conducting patent prosecution and enforcement
• Reviewing official correspondence from patent offices
• Preparing responses to official correspondence

Client Communication

• Direct client interaction on IP matters
• Updating clients on project status
• Attending client meetings for technical discussions

Team Collaboration

• Supporting other IP managers
• Providing training to global team members
