Test IP Specialist

InnoGuard Solutions, a leading intellectual property consultancy, is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Intellectual Property Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping our clients protect and manage their intellectual assets across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive IP audits for clients
• Assist in patent application processes
• Develop trademark protection strategies
• Advise on copyright issues for creative works

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in intellectual property management
– Strong understanding of patent, trademark, and copyright laws
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
– Proficiency in IP management software

Preferred Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law
– Experience with international IP regulations
– Familiarity with emerging technologies and their IP implications

Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on experience
