Create a CPT for support tickets.
Create a taxonomy for status and add two status terms: ‘submitted’ and ‘solved.’
Add the status taxonomy to the CPT.
Create a ‘Create’ template: set the default status to ‘submitted’ and hide the status field.
Hide back to edit button
Create a single template for the CPT with the Change Post Field widget displayed when the status is not ‘solved.’
Set CPT single template visibility = User can edit current post, set no-index in SEO plugin, exclude from sitemap
Add a field setting and a value of ‘solved’ for that widget, reload after clicked
